Possible to replace lower control arm bushings?

I felt the front of my truck clunk forward as I was braking today. So I have a feeling it is the control arm bushings. Doesn't matter much cause I'm trading it in on a Ford now. 2015 f150 lariat with a 5.0l. After test driving I was surprised with how nice it rides and how much it actually feels like a truck.

The upper and lower control arms are common failure items.  I usually replace the whole arms. Its the only way on the upper, the ball joint can not be service seperately. Its the best way on the lower, Its just easy and then usually the arm, ball joint, and bushing will last 100k after that. Ive seen them go bad in less than a year with economy parts. So you want to get a/c delco or the higher moog quality to get them to last. If your bushings are loose. Just throw arms on it, that is usually you best bet. I made a video on how to do the lower arms. Here it is! If it helps anyone out, please subscribe! I have new videos every week. I just started my youtube channel and I need to get to 1k subscribers to get paid someday. I work hard on my videos. I hope you like them! ~shaun
