thanks, I'll check it out, I only have the one bowtie in the grille due to I took all other badges off the day I brought it home

 

 

I just checked them out and they only do black or chome

Oh crap! They did all of the colors previously, just like they do on their other items. Why would GM let them do the other items and not the bow ties?

 

Just got off the phone with Eric from ABD. Unfortunately what is being reported is correct. Chevrolet is offering plastic black & chrome bowties as an accessory product and will not let them body paint the outside bowties. They offer, three colors: black powder coat, black body match, and polished clear coated.

 

Also, there is a store on this site that does sell their products. I guess I stumbled onto them when I got my bowties before all of this happened. Eric advised me to buy the black ones if you are going to repaint them and his are billet aluminum not plastic like the ones GM sells in their accessory parts.

Krdeal - thanks for the web site , Now I had to pick a color for the interior knobs - RED or Topez Blue , Black truck ????

I LOVE Topez Blue. That is the color of my bowties.

I was talking to the guy yesterday he mentioned that they lost the license to make the GM colors such as summit white, He mentioned everyone did, and that they can only produce the black and chrome colors. I'll have to see if a buddy of mine can paint it to match
