Identify the lift

I found a truck in our parking garage today that is exactly what I want to do to my Z71. Without being creepy (by leaving a note), I elected to take photos and see if anyone could identify.

 

Tires are 35x12.50x20 -- what size wheel would require that and what kind of offset does that look like? 20x9 -18 offset?

 

What kind of suspension lift is needed to look and fit that?

I would think that is at lest a 6" lift. It's to dark to make out if it has a body lift.

I was thinking 6" lift as well -- was looking at RC's 6" lift but they say it only supports 33" tire.

I talked to RC and they said I would need 7" lift to clear 35's

 

My other option is to leave note and have the doctor text me--which may not be that bad considering I am the IT Network Manager here.

He has a 6" or smaller -- I just noticed his lower fascia is trimmed. Someone cut it out at an angle.

I went back out and saw it's a Pro Comp. I called the dealership that was on the truck and they send it to an outside source to build. I called them and it's a 6" Procomp Stage 1 with 20x9 wheels.

Good looking truck. My buddy started a thread yesterday saying he was told he could run 35"s on just a 2.5" level and i told him i thought he would need a 6" lift based on other posts ive read. His are oem 22"s so his offset is alot milder tho. Anyone have any ideas if it would work? Im running a similar setup to his, and would also like to know for myself... sorry to hijack this thread, but he isnt getting much feedback on his thread and figured id ask here
