1999 k1500 5.7 low idle and no power in gear

when i start the truck cold in runs ok, when i put it in gear and try to accelerate it acts like it is trying to stall out. when the motor is at running temp it feels like my motor is going to lock up and i have no power it wont let me accelerate and wont idle when its warm it just keeps dying out when i put it in gear and hit the gas i have tried a few things and nothing has helped

Unless you want to hunt and peck the sensors, I'd pull codes if possible.

You don't think it could have anything to do with my fuel flow do you?

It could. If its a 350 it should be 12PSI if I remember right.
