I have the GM underseat storage....not sure what the dealer charges for these. I had mine thrown in last minute to sweeten the deal.

I love it tho and it fits well with my husky xact rear mat.

I use black canvas zippered tool bags from Harbor Freight to store tow straps, hitch etc, and another has other tools and cleaning stuff. http://www.harborfreight.com/15-inch-canvas-tool-bag-32282.html

 

The bags keep things snug so they don't make noise over bumps, and if I need to quickly free up floor space it is easy to take them out and store in the garage.

 

The passenger seat underside is taken up by my JL Audio sub so I only have the driver side for storage use.

I've got the Husky Liners Gearbox which fits and looks factory. I also like how it attaches using the mount for the jack tool kit. It keeps it place and is also designed to work in conjunction with floormats.
