Adjustable Bilsteins tire/wheel question...

Just got a 2015 crewcab 4x4 and have plans to lift her in the next year but for now just want to level and get the wheels I'll be using and some 285x55x20 tires. It looks way to OEM as it sits.

So I want to use the Bilstein 5100 adjustable kit up front at the 1.8" setting (unless the mythical 6112 shows up in the next few weeks) and run Toyo Open Country RT in a 285x55x20. This tire is 32.4x11.7". This should fit I assume after reading all I could find on this site and others.

What kind of offset can I go with on the wheels? I will be using Hostile Havoc 20x9 or 20x10. If I were to go with a 20x10 with -19 backspacing will this cause issues with hitting sway bar or UCA or ? I like the look of the deeper wheel = negative offset.

They come in 20x9 with 10 offset, 20x9 with 0 offset, and 20x10 with -19 offset. I will eventually have the 7-9 lift and 35 or 37 tires down the road and only want to buy wheels once.
