I placed the same order. But did "with Canbus" , I couldn't figure out whether I needed it or not. How did you know?

I read a bunch of reviews and everyone that ordered it with Canbus said that it didn't work with it, and they removed it. I considered order it, just to be safe, but i could not find anyone that successfully installed it with Canbus. Its a bit of a gamble, i guess.

I have them installed on a Silverado with the canbus, no problem. I didn't on the fogs. My fogs are the psx24w bulbs and they are very bright.

How much brighter do the LED headlights compared to stock? I was thinking of getting brighter ones.

i just ordered this setup but with the Canbus

So tempted, how is the install with these in the sierra? The only thing i'm worried about is the fact with the adapters and if installing it means shoving all of it into the stock housing and having the dust cap fit back into place. One reviewer commented about how the install process is kind of like shoving 10# in a 5# bag. That made me not order these yesterday.

Did you have to do any trimming of the housing/bulb to get the fogs to fit? I had similar ones from Partsam on Amazon and couldn't get them to fit. Now I'm debating if I should get them again, or go with these XD ones.

The fogs actually seems to have a little wiggle after installed, so I just took a dap of silicone around the edge. They seem secure and waterproof now.

 

The headlights I cut a hole in the back of the dust cover. If I had to do it again, I would just leave them off. They fit secure and look like the fogs, which don't have covers. I'll do this on my buddies truck this weekend.
