Kicker Soundgate help

I bought the Kicker 19119205 for my 2014 Sierra SLT crew cab based off the fact it should for this site. (

 

The instructions are horrible. I have been struggling for a over an hour and have only gotten the dash apart. Does anyone have a link to an install video or walk through?

yeah, that Alpine unit is pretty nice, but talk about pricey
