Factory off-road light switch question

I understand these are all new, so not really expecting anyone to know the answer, but figured I would ask anyway.

 

Chevy finally updated their accessories page with the 2016 accessories. When I was looking for videos on the Silverado, I ran across a video from SEMA last fall that had a Silverado with the off road package installed. The factory off road lights were controlled by holding the foglight switch down for a few seconds. I really like this feature since it's all factory.

 

My questions are:

 

Does anyone have access to the install instructions for the factory off road lights?

 

Does anyone know if the switch and harness would be available on their own? I looked for part numbers and such, but couldn't find anything. I don't need the lights themselves since I'd look at other light bar options for way cheaper.
