5 channel amp install

I studied this site for months and came up with an idea and need some advise. Would this work... Hooking up a 5 channel amp using 9 conducter speed wire to tap in to speaker wires in harness at radio, then hook to amp using the amp high level inputs. Run separate P remote. Prior to amp hook up loc for sub input, then run another 9 wire conductor speed wire to tap in the cut speaker wires at radio to power the door speakers with amp? The set up is as follows thanks in advance for your reply
