I know that this has been discussed many times but here goes. I have a 2015 Silverado 2500HD double cab, stock tires are 265/70R18, what is the biggest tire I can go without cranking torsion bars? I am thinking about going with BFG's. Thanks

Yep, that link above has some good information. Here's the short version...275/70/18 and 285/65/18 will both fit on a stock truck without any mods. There are a few other sizes, like 295/65/18 and 285/70/18, that will be close...and might rub depending on your particular truck, and things like mud flaps. If you're willing to crank the bars, then you can go up to a 295/70/18 or 285/75/18. And, just FYI, all of this applies to running stock rims...

I did the toyo mud 285/70/18 on stock wheels. I would bet the farm they will fit without cranking. If I would have found this forum a week sooner I would have done the same tires or maybe even the 295/70/18 toyo muds on stock wheels and drop shackles in the rear. I never would have touched the front end. I posted pics on another thread and you can see the wheel space clearly.
