Bedliner with bow tie?

I'm looking to get a spray in liner for my 15 Silverado. I REALLY like the bow tie that is included in the factory Berliner, but my truck didn't have that option. My question is, can you get the bow tie (or the entire liner for that matter) after the fact? I have seen a dealer in, I think Indiana, who offered bedliners with the bow tie.

My line x dealer offered a bigger bowtie template that I opted for, looks good. Not sure if I have a pic or not, and I think my toolbox covers it up now

No worries, my main concern is if it was even possible. Line-x has em too? Excellent....they are my top choice. Thank you!
