Joeski587
Just got the truck on the 31st and the center console usb ports are dead. Anyone else experience this? Just dropped it off at the dealer. Will update when I get it back
bbs
Mine are doing the same thing after 2 weeks. I'd be interested to hear what you found out from the dealer.
Joeski587
They said the ports inside the console needed to be replaced. They ordered them and im here now getting them replaced. Funny thing is that after they looked at them the first time they started working agian. But I brought it back to have them replaced anyway and also do a system update

Joeski587
Its definitely frustrating with a brand new truck, seems like a poor desin. Call ahead and ask them if they can order them before you even take it in. Took almost 10 days to get the part in. Good luck!
Dakota Kessler
Same problem 2016 1,748 miles on my truck and the ports are dead. Fuses are all okay. Bought a new usb charging cable (thought that was the issue) still nothing. Pissed.

J.p. DiMone
Well I replaced the fuse and it worked instantly without having to bring it in for service. Make sure you check the fuse first!
Colossus
Welcome to the life of owning electronics now a days. Regardless of how much you spent on your truck, these things do and will happen. Heck they even happen to top of the line luxury vehicles. Electronics/electrical systems are usually the most complained about thing for all makes and models now a days. bbs
It's not obvious (at least to me) in the owners manual which fuse protects these USB ports. Can anyone enlighten me?
J.p. DiMone
Passenger side fuse panel. #27 I believe a 15amp fuse.
