Anybody have any issues with it?Do you have to unplug and plug back in every time you get in? Some reviews I read said that you have to. Opinions on it would be nice.

If you already have one, it needs to be sent in and updated. If you are getting one, a new one directly from Range will be updated already

If you['re going to let your truck sit for 2 or 3 days, I'd unplug it. Mine drained the battery when I let it sit over an entire weekend. Other than that I've had no issues and it's worked well.

Just got one from auto everything a week ago. Plugged it in, haven't touched it since. Totally enjoy not having V4 mode anymore. No change in mpg either. Maybe 1-2 mpg better with the module honestly.

90% of my daily driving, I run my truck in M5, putting it into 6th gear only on the highway at about 70mph or higher. Running it in M5, keeps it in V8 mode and lopes along nicely with an effective 2.62 final gear ratio. Might be the only benefit of the 3.08 gearing the truck came with. Can tell you before I got used to doing this, I absolutely hated it going in/out of AFM and constantly hunting between overdrive gears and had considered the Range programmer. Around this area there are a lot of rolling hills even on the highway, at 70mph+, with the exception of downgrades, it doesn't run in V4 mode much at all anyway.
