Grinding at startup

Ever since Nov I've noticed that my engine makes a quick grinding noise after start up. I've already taken it in to my dealer and they were unable to duplicate the noise. Not sure how they weren't when it does it every cold start up and I let them keep it over night so it would be cold. I've attached a video of what it sounds like. The colder it is, the louder the grinding. Is there any cause for concern? I've never had this problem on my previous trucks.

Not hearing anything abmormal. The variable rate oil pump can be noisey. Particularly at very cold temps. I noticed the sound is lessened by using a quality engine oil & oil filter. Oil draining back through the filter will cause the pump to get air in it, making a growling sound on cold starts.
