Squeaky truck....springs?

Starting to sound like the dreaded 'old man truck'....squeaking quite a bit. Truck is lubed often so I am thinking it's springs. Not exactly sure what to do to stop it so I am asking the experts!

The squeaking could be a number of things. Can you isolate the squeaking to a particular area (i.e. rear of truck, front of truck, etc.) ?

I got a friend who is a mechanic to look at it, he says lower ball joints so we're going to replace them. Took a few bounces to find the cause, but he sprayed something on the offender [passenger side] and the sound is gone!
