Front end conversion questions

Hi all, I was looking at some parts for my truck and was wondering if anyone has ever converted front end parts like the headlights, grille, and front bumper to stuff from a 2011-2014 model. This isn't going to be the only work done to it though once I can get some money, I'm also going to be going from the POS 350 to a rebuilt 454 w/ 4 bolt mains (hopefully), a 4L80, and a 205, and maybe a ff 14 bolt if I can find one, if not I'll be rebuilding the sf 14 in it. Anyway, thanks in advance for the information.

What year and model truck are you driving now?

 

BTW,all Gen V & VI big blocks are four bolt mains(IIRC).

I would try over on GMfullsize, they might have people more knowledgeable about a front end swap like that! I'm sure it involves some ingenuity and fabrication, or there may be a kit for that swap somewhere.

That would be interesting if there is a kit out there for the swap, I don't know what I would Google to find out though

So i found out that I would only need to weld on the bumper mounts that the 2500 uses because the bumper idk if the bumper I'm gonna be using is available for the 1500, I'll be looking at that in a little bit, but everything else seems like it'll just bolt on
