Creaking Noise -Rear

Has anyone had an issue with a creaking/popping noise from under the bed or around the back wheels area? This Only happens when driving up or down my drive way at an incline! It is a 2014 GMC Sierra Denani with barely 11,500 miles. Truck has been been babied since I bought it new.

 

I have an appt on Tuesday at a local dealership. I wanted to see if anyone else had the issue in case they come back and say they can't replicate or find the problem.

welcome to the club. My truck creaks and pops too. I have had the dealer check mine out. "cannot duplicate customer concern" is the standard response.
