Accessories won't shut off after shut down 2004 Silverado 1500

This just started. Shut off engine, exit truck and use remote to lock. Radio continues playing. Opened and closed drive side door several times, no change. Open and close passenger side, radio shuts off. Stuck switch?

did your dome light come on when you opened the dr door?

Probably the drivers door switch, or could be a wire going to that switch. Like rjgti mentions, does the interior lights work from the drivers door?

I too think it is the RAP disconnect. but on an 04, any door can cause a shutoff

i had that same thing happen with mine the shop had to do something with the ignition so when the key is turned back all the way it doesnt stay on for that short period of time and i have to start the truck all the way to operate the windows

If the passenger side will shut it off when opened, the issue is obviously with the driver door switch. I believe the whole latch has to be replaced if that's the issue. Had this happen on mine.
