Sad to say but true. First owner took impeccable care of this lovely girl. 1989 SUBURBAN (Scottsdale) V1500 4x4 with the 5.7L 350 TBI. 218000 and going strong on the engine. The maintenance records are original booklet from the dealer and although victim of Colorado winter rust, the paint looks great if faded somewhat. Already have been changing lots of bearings. Lots more to do. Plan to put on new leaf springs with a 2" lift and 33's. Good skid plates so she'll slide. Insulate the cab and eventually full rebuild on the 350. Figure I can get it up to about 295hp with just a few additions. I want to keep the simplicity of TBI.
