Leveled/Tire 2015 Options

Just switched over to a 3/4 ton duramax 4x4 from a 2015 1/2 ton z71...best choice I've made in a long time! That said, I'd like to throw a leveling kit, wheels, and tires on the truck. Looking at a couple XD and Fuel wheels, will stay positive on the offset...any number I need to stay above? Going to do 18's I believe unless y'all talk me out of it, but can't decide on a tire size I can make fit. 295/70/18 and 285/70/18 are the two I'm looking at unless there's a better size I'm unaware of, however I want to make sure neither of these will rub at full lock/off road. Also, dealer quoted me a leveling kit i can have them put on at later time, believe it is a readylift...anything specific to look for on the kits for these 3/4 tons? Thanks

I have a 2015 that I leveled by just turning the torsion bars up and I fit 295/70/18 with no rub. Just this week I added cognitive uca's and shock extenders and next week adding some fuel wheels. I went with +20 offset.

Mine isn't 100% level it's a little less than an inch higher in the back but can't tell looking at it that it's not level.

I have a 2015 2500 that I leveled 2" with stock keys, I run 35-12.5/18 on stock wheels with no issues or rubbing

If my next truck is a 2500HD, I'll run 295/70/18 or 285/75/18. And, as long as you stay in the double digits with positive offset, you should be fine. Also, you might as well try to level it with the stock keys first. A lot of guys are getting enough lift with the stock keys, without needing to mess with a leveling kit. Just make sure to get it re-aligned once you get the height where you want it.

I think either of these two tire sizes mentioned here are the perfect size to run. They have them both in Open Country M/T too! If I would have known my 285's wouldn't even have needed a crank, I would have just dropped the rear for $90 and been done with it.
