Similar setup as my f150. 1/8" ABS plastic sheet. Plastic liner is riveted to the lip of the fender.

I think i will make an effort to try and modify the stock liners. What is the size and offset of your wheels with the Baja Kit? I noticed on the site they require a maximum of 4.75'' backspace.

You could try using the stock liners but with the 3" flare you will need to makeup for the rest, i fabbed some aluminim sheets to cover the inner fender but i still have the engine bay above the coilover exposed

Im running 17" wheels with the recommended backspace from bajakits

You can run the stock bumper with 35" tires but will require some trimming on the outer edges of the bumper

I went ahead and bought the bajakits fender valance which eliminates the front bumper

I saw the prerunner that jaime galles has, the blue silverado with the custom fender wells built by next level motorsports

I contacted a local shop for a quote on fende wells and was quoted $2,000 lmao, id rather spend that on other mods, so for the meantime i will linex the exposed area. Smp fab has done two or three silverados with mazulla kits, really similar to bajakits and he got all of them linex without fender wells

You can check their work on instagram, for smp fab, next level motorsports and bajakits and me as well on my build

I am in the market for the exact same set up. (Baja Kit with 3'' Fiberwerx fenders). I have a few questions: Are you able to keep the factory wheel well liners with the fiberwerx fenders? Did you install the deaver springs and king shocks in the rear? Will the factory bumper fit with the tires you are running? Is there much adjustment on ride height?

i installed the bajakits shackles, deaver springs and kings on the rear, the only step i hadnt counted on was removing the gas tank to remove the front driver side bolt on the leaf springs. Other than that it was straight forward with the help of a fork lift

Did you have to remove the bed to put on the rear fenders? I've seen some shops take the whole bed off and some keep it on, just curious. I'd rather not have it taken off but that's just my opinion. I've been looking to do this to my truck
