Why are my LED bulb replacements not working? (DRL, Turn signals, etc)

I have a 2005 Silverado 2500 and ordered 4114 and 3157 LED replacements to update the stock incandescents. Well, now the DRL LEDs dont come on. The turn signal LEDs work, but flash really fast on the dash. Any suggestions?

Yeah, the resistors fixed the problem of fast-flashing for my '04 Sierra when I replaced the rear lights with LED.

For the DRLs, did you remember to put the truck in gear before you checked? So far, I've bought/returned 2 sets of DRL lights because I keep forgetting it has to be in gear before the lights go on.
