My truck is at B&B customs getting that bumper done but Adrian from there just started an account on the forum so he might be nice enough to snap a few.

Hey fellas. Jared I'm laying under your truck right now cooking up a solution. We work closely with RC, and I will talk to them about this problem. I believe the biggest obstacle in fabricating a new differential drop, would be the control arm drop/crossmember. As it stands, you could gain around .75 of an inch, but even then you will risk metal on metal. The differential is ultimately mounted with urethane isolators at the frame.

A new driveshaft is almost inevitable, I believe.

Sway bar drop brackets will also be required for any more drop on the diff(icult pain in my....)

I'll keep y'all posted on what they say.

This is the first I'm hearing about it, as most folks are only running 4 wheel pull at lower speeds, apparently.

If it was infact the CV axles, you would have experienced this vibration even worse with the leveling kit that was removed for the 7.5 kit. Any leveling kit guys out here experiencing bad vibes?

Update:

The rc shaft won't work it's for awd trucks

Gonna get Tom woods to make a double cardan. I'll get the Rcv axles asap but I must say I have to take a break for a minute after this shaft. I'm sitting on heads and cam but I'm getting this driveline bulletproof before adding any more hp. With the Rcv cv axles another point over the many that they have for improving upon the stock shaft they also are custom built so I can get rid of the axle spacers from the rc kit and make the axle longer which will help angles a small amount as well.

This shaft should work but it may be more expensive than having the Tom woods shaft made!

This one is the one I'll be getting most likely (edit: about to place order)
