265/70/18s Anyone running them?

I was looking at my uncle's 15 2500. He is running 265/70/18s. They measure about an inch taller than stock 265/65/18s. Just curious if anyone is running them, with or without a leveling kit?

I just got the Firestone Destination A/Ts, and a 2" level kit delivered yesterday. Thanks for the picture. It is what I am looking for as far as stance. I had a 08 RCSB in Victory red also. Loved it.
