This is driving me nuts not a single Brown wire on my headlights switch and the one I tapped into isn't turning my cab lights on. Can anyone point me in the right direction here? 2006 gmc sierra sle. 5eef7466d72a2958e2461720b23dd41c.jpg13a152ab300432af63c355c16f646209.jpg

There is probably a trigger off the bcm.

I need a diagram or something every single thing I've found is brown wire but my switch doesn't have one and that tan wire didn't work

It's a gray/black wire. That controls the parking lights off the bcm. I used a similar method for my backup camera.

Correction. That is the negative side

Trying to wire the lights to automatic locks

There's not a member here that has a clue as to what vehicle you're trying to do this in.  Mind giving us a clue or do you want us to just guess?
