Morimoto HID kit 35w or 55w??

Hey guys/gals, I've been lurking for months here and finally decided to register and post. I've decided on the morimoto hid kit, but not sure if I should get the 35w or the 55w ballasts. Any input?

I have the 35 W kit and literally it is a "night and day" difference from the stock bulbs. Absolutely no issues with the kit since I put it in 6 months ago. My thinking is the 55 W kit may be too bright for normal street driving, but I'm sure someone with them, can / will give an opinion.

Thanks for the input. I managed to find some info on some ricer forums. Most are saying the 55w is a bit too hot for most projectors, and aren't great out in the open due to the cutoff. I went ahead and ordered the 35w ballasts. Looking forward to installing soon.

Did the install today, wow what a difference! Fondupot's video was a huge help.
