Odd cab noise

Alright so I've been noticing this weird noise in the cab that'll happen sparatically while I'm driving and it really seems to be coming from the front passenger door (crew cab truck). It seems to happen mostly when I'm driving on gravel or somewhat bumpy roads, but I can't for the life of me figure out what it is. It's sort of like a clicking sound to me. Anyway, I included a video of it hoping someone has some inkling of an idea of what's going on. Video was taken at night but I was hearing the noise so I decided to record it, if a daylight video would be better I could do that later but not much to see anyway. (Camera is pointed right at the passenger front door and I'm driving on a gravel driveway)

Mine was doing crap like this right off the showroom floor in '07, with 47 miles on the clock. Guess it's par for the course with this generation.

Noises can be a pain in the ass, and tracking them down and even bigger pain. Could be any one of literally thousands of parts.

Whenever I encounter something like this, I just go scortched-earth, and remove a panel in the general area of the noise, and shim anything and everything I see that is rubbing on something with thin slices of foam - I cut them from packing material I save from other parts deliveries. 3M double-sided tape works great for holding them indefinitely in all temperatures. Sometimes that works and other times I have to do it 2 or even 3 times to get it right.

It's absolutely infuriating. My '94 K1500 had a SILENT interior with 266k miles on it. Proof that GM knows how to build quality stuff - they just refuse to in the 21st century.
