'05 Door jamb latch part number?

Going to have to replace my wonky drivers door latch on my 2005 1500 Sierra, my RAP keeps staying on unless I fiddle with the latch. Tried cleaning it a few times, but it's getting worse and now I have to open the passenger door to kill the lights and radio. Trying to find the GM part number for the switch. I know it isn't cheap, but does anyone have the part number?
