2009 2500HD brake issues

Im having some trouble with my brakes, looking for opinions. Its and odd thing that happens and hard for me to explain. When im slowing down to stop at a stop light and i hit a bump or pot hole it feels like my brakes get weak. I have to push harder on the pedal and when i do come to a stop the truck jumps forward a few inches almost like the brakes wont hold the truck at a stop. If i let off the brakes and push down again everything seems normal.

check for Rust on the ABS system on DS usually inside the C Frame. Its just about where the driver would sit, but under the truck. Known for troubles with rust.

Thank you, I will take a look when i get home. Just curious what would the rust cause? a bad ground for the abs? I dont feel the abs kick on maybe its happening too fast, the lights on the dash never come on either.

brake fluid reservoir is full and hasn't been run empty?

I checked the abs module. It looks really clean. The mounting bracket has a little rust. The brake fluid is full and looks pretty clean. I noticed three out of the four bleeder screws are broke off, I'll have do deal with that some day. Everything seems normal unless I hit a big bump slowing down. Maybe it bounces the rear of the truck enough for the ABS to kick on. This is the first truck I have owned with hydroboost. I took it out on a gravel road tonight and used the abs a few times. It feels the same as what I was trying to describe. It stops and the jumps forward a little. Maybe it's normal.
