Aftermarket Tow Mirrors

My truck only has power adjust and heat. No turn signals from the factory. From what I understand I need a separate door Harness for these tow mirrors in order to have all the options fully function since I don't have all the options from the factory correct? But is that all I need to do?

 

I was hoping someone could help clarify what exactly I would need to do in order to get the turn signal, courtesy lamp, and Amber clearance lights to work before I decide to buy it.
