Well I had a 2015 Z71 1500 LT, always wanted a diesel truck so I figured to pull the trigger on one. It's getting leveled at the dealership as we speak but I'm super excited about finally getting a diesel!

It's a brand new 2016 LT crew can 6.5 ft bed leather seats

I'm just excited !!!post-152442-0-68021600-1480730478_thumb.jpg

I'm my humble opinion, when after 30years of driving one tons and 3/4 tons for work getting to finally drive 1/2 tons I was trading up. 1/2 tons ride comfort, and performance can't be match by 3/4-one tons unless your going to work them, hauling or towing. They are work trucks, if you fancy them up they are work trucks that are fancied up.

Congrats! And indeed 1/2 tons are so much better riding than 3/4-1 tons, but as you said, if you need them to work...

My 1 ton has to pull a 5th wheel, but has all the luxuries.

My favorite saying..."A luxury pickup is like a gourmet burrito. Dress it up all you want, but it's still a burrito." That said, I work my truck hard, but i still like being comfortable. :)

It's my secondary vehicle and it's going to be used on a farm, but it will still be pretty!!

After selling my last 1/2 ton (w/ 2 springs added on each side for load carrying) in '99, I can`t see myself going back to 1.
