Rattling noise coming from under the passenger front seat?

This has been going on for a little while now and I can't quite put my finger on it.

When going over light pumps around town, my front passenger seat makes a noise that sounds like a little spring rattling. It won't do it if someone is sitting in the seat. It's definitely coming from under the seat. Sometimes when it starts making the noise I'll push on the passenger seat's headrest (towards the passenger door) and it will go away but come back soon. I have looked underneath the seat for something obvious but nothing jumped out at me. It's difficult to get a good look under there. Thinking I might end up removing the seat if it's not too much of a headache to perform.

Anyone else experience this?

Take a bungee cord and use that to isolate different things that can rattle. You can also stuff a towel in as a spacer with the bungee cord. Once you find it, you can address it permanently.
