Sync Universal garage opener with gate keypad?

Not sure if anyone has addressed this yet. Does anyone know if it's possible to sync the universal garage opener with a keypad from a gate (not from an actual key fob/remote).

Only if there is any chance of remote functionality. If the gate has no ability to receive wireless signals, it'll be impossible to connect with.

I was really debating on programming my button in my truck only because the fear of someone breaking into it and having access to opening the garage.

 

I thought the button power would be disabled when the vehicle is locked, but it's not.

 

So I use a fob button that stays with my keys now.

I've done that with mine. The three buttons in the overhead...now one is my gate clicker.

 

If someone wants to first steal my truck, figure out where I live, drive past the dumb hidden gate a few times, drive to the exit gate only to realize it doesn't open unless you're inside trying to get out...then playing three card monte with the buttons....you've earned it....and joke's on you, truck is the nicest thing I own!!! Sucker!!

 

Oh, yeah, it works well though.
