Trouble programming xm presets on 2015 Silverado

After replacing truck battery, I am unable to save xm presets. FM and AM let me save. All other functions seem to be fine.

Called xm and they sent new signal and dealer had no answer to the problem. Please help. Thx in advance

And you are getting a clear unobstructed signal? Can you clearly hear XM? Can you see the XM channels that were previously preset?

I assume you are getting signal from XM? Aside from contacting your dealer you may want to try disconnecting the battery, let it sit with no power for a minute or two then reconnect the battery and see of that reboots everything, If that doesn't work take it to a dealer I doubt sirrius/XM will be of much hep on a factory radio. On a 2015 it should still be covered unless you have a lot of miles on the truck.
