Air raid intake tube

I am going to install the air raid intake tube in a few days. I was wondering do I have to take it back off when I take it to get serviced at my local Chevy dealership?

Good question, I would think not though but I'm sure depends on the dealer. Subscribed to see if anyone had issues.

I just put mine on yesterday and it does give the truck more sound under the hood but I didn't notice any difference in anything else. I had a tuned Duramax before this truck and guess I am missing the "seat of the pants" feel of that truck. Will be getting Diablo Itune next and see if that helps any. Only trick on the install is not to tighten hose clamps till everything is sitting the way you want it, takes a little twisting to get things lined up right.

I've had a GM dealership tell me before that if an aftermarket accessory/mod is directly related to whatever issue you have with the truck, it could effect the warranty. If it's not related, it should be fine. But we all know what kind of lengths some dealerships will go to get out of fixing an issue...
