Help BDS lift and thrust angle is out of spec

I just tried getting an alignment done and they said rear axle is not straight and the thrust angle is 3degrees out of spec and they do not adjust axles. The alignment 6 months ago was good. I don't know how the axle could move I haven't hit any potholes or done any offroading. BDS said the pin in the leafspring could break?

I have seen the locating dowel on a cast lift block break off before. If there was a block added during the lift install it's possible this happened. Only way to find out is to take it apart.

It resolved Cassidy tire for some weird reason filled 3 tires to 65psi the max psi for the tires and left 1 at 35psi and their lasers were off from it. I went to a BDS shop to have the axle checked they said all was good and sent me to their alignment shop were they discovered the 3 tires over inflated.

Go tell the tire shop of their mistake and get a word or two in about wasted time.
