New to GM trucks

I am looking at a 2017 GMC 1500, it has been lifted 6" and has 35" tires. My question is, any idea how much these options should add to the cost of this truck?

Everyone says they devalue, but why is it when dealerships list a stock gmc all terrain, it's ~47k, but a black widow all terrain (6" lift and 35" tires) it raises the price to ~62-65k?

 

Genuine question. As I also agree that mods usually bring down the value. But why doesn't that seem to be the case with a brand new vehicle?
