2014 Z71 LTZ 3 Evap Canisters and a catalytic converter

Good Evening- Long time lurker newly registered user here. The community here has helped drive me back to a GM truck. Have had mostly GM in the past and all Chevy except for a 69 GMC SWB.

 

I am currently in the market for a 2014 sub 100,000 mile summit white Z71 LTZ with center console at the $25k mark. I priced new at Laura and Everett and I'm pretty far off. Im comfortable with the 3-4 year old range and 100,000 mile range and it seems to be a good sweet spot. These conditions are very hard to find but I have found a couple and narrowed it down to two.

 

 

1 in particular is a 1 owner local mid-west vehicle. What concerned me was the fact its had 3 evap canisters and a catalytic converter. Its also had the evap reoute TSB. All service was done at a local dealer to where it was purchased. The question is, is this an indicator of something major? Mostly dirt roads? Hard driving etc?
