2017 very hard shift point and seat noise?

Firstly it just started at 950 miles but when accelerating normally in a neighborhood where I'm going to cruise around 30mph when it shifts around 25mph it's like someone hit the tranny with a sledge. Is this normal and does it stop after the "learning" mode?

Secondly when using the seat cooling function it sounds like a vacuum cleaner just kicked on in the cabin. Is that noise normal? In my Jeep when I turned on the cooler it never made noise like that.

Normal. I'm at 21k so far and I still get minimal clunks in stop & go traffic 5-20 MPH tuned.

Noise is normal too for seat cooling.

The tranny is more than just a large CLUNK but there's a feel in the truck. Auto techs at the dealer say it's ok?

I think the transmissions vary from truck to truck, mine does not seem to be as bad as some others. just annoying shifts at random times. some days perfect, other days not. the cooled seat in my 2016 is much quieter that the one in my 2014, so I will say that your seat is normal for the Chevy's.
