Is # 5 AMF cylinder? I have a miss.

Are you throwing a code and that's how you know it's 5? I'm not sure if 5 is or not...50/50 chance I suppose!

I looked it up and if it's correct,1,4,6, and 7 are deactivated for AFM.

See if you can get a code reader to use. Even though the CEL goes out, a code reader will tell you if and what cyl misfired.

Cylinder 6 in the 3rd cylinder back on the passenger side.

Fuel pressure on the low side will be 30-60 psi give or take, it's an on demand fuel system with a computer controlling the fuel pressure. The high side fuel pressure can be 800-2000+ psi for the higher pressure fuel system.
