friends need some help i just install a amp into my truck everything sounds good, but my question is my amp turn off when i turn the key off that how i install it, but its has that GM thing that keeps the radio on till you open the door so where can i tap into so that i can keep my amp on like the radio till i open the door??

You have to wire your amp remote on wire to a signal from speakers. If you dont have remote on wire on amp, you can get an adapter.

Personally I use, and highly recommend, an audiocontrol LC2i module. It will allow you to convert a speaker level input to an rca as well as giving you a remote turn on signal wire based off when it senses an input.

But you can also get it from the empty plug on the firewall next to the brake pedal.
