Ok so I'm new here. Not technically savvy on engines. But I've noticed something. About 3 weeks ago I checked the oil on a Saturday before a 2 hour trip one way. Oil was full, trip went fine. Several days later had to do another 4 hour round trip on the highway. Got home and 4 hours later had to make that run again. Dang kid forgot something and had to have it. So add in that trip again. When I got home finally the check oil light came on. When I checked it barely had oil on the stick. Filled it up right ok that's not right. So today I did another trip and the oil was almost full I think down to the top hole. By the timer I got back from that trip out had dropped. I don't see any leaks, it's parked in the garage. I haven't gotten around to pulling all the plugs but I did one. It needs changed but nothing around the the electrode. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

well, if it's not dripping out, there are only a limited number of other places it can go:

1) into the coolant

2) through the cylinders and out the exhaust

140,000 but I just bought it in November. Those troops were just recent. The boy finished his military training and spent two weeks home so one was running one a visit for him, the other was taking to the story to ship out and back since he forgot something.

The coolant is fine no funny coloring, I got no smoke, I pulled one plug and it had no build up on it, they need changed that's about it. I checked the air filter. No oil on it.
