Recommended exhaust manifold gaskets for an '89 5.7L?

So the '89 GMC C1500 with a 350 I just got has leaky exhaust manifold gaskets, they're driving me insane already. Tickety tick tick tickety tick tick tick...

 

So yeah, as the title says, anyone recommend a good set of gaskets for this truck? I cannot stand the ticking, and I'm planning on putting a single 3" side dump exhaust system on the truck soon, I don't want the manifold tick to be the signature note of the exhaust system.

Alright, cool, got any tips? I was thinking about pulling the manifolds and sanding them smooth with a fine grit paper to make sure there is no carbon buildup.

Use a straight edge to make sure the manifold isn't warped.

 

I agree on the basic felpro gaskets. Then proper sequence of tightening the bolts.

FYI at one time Chevy opened up the hole diameter in the manifold to head bolt holes...it allowed the manifolds to expand and not crack the bolts off flush with the head.
