New truck owner

I've been driving a bmw for the last 9 years and just bought a 2015 Silverado. I haven't owned a domestic vehicle in over 9 years so I have a lot of questions: Does this truck have synthetic fluids? How long should the spark plugs last? How often should the differential and trans fluid be changed? Do the plug wires need to be changed with the plugs?

Make sure to check out the owners manual. Recommended maintenance intervals and fluid types are in the back of the book

 

I think the recommended interval of spark plugs are 100K. At that time plugs and wires should probably be changed out.

Full Synthetic Oil - Dexos Approved 0W-20 - 8L total. M1-212 for oil filter.

 

Spark plugs - 100k miles+

Diff/Trans - Every 50-100k miles

 

@ 100k I would change the plugs and wires. Otherwise the stock wires are great for stock trucks.
