Fly wheel help

So yesterday i ran into a problem and i am in need of help. I went to start my 98 k1500 with a 350 vortec and a 5 speed manual transmission and my starter was grinding pretty bad. The truck started (this time) but as soon as i shut it off amd tried to start it again the starter just spun not catching the fly wheel.

 

So then i pulled the starter off amd the gear in it was pretty much gone. So then i noticed that my flywheel was missing 3 teeth also. I got a new starter and now it starts and drives just fine.

 

How urgent is it that i change the flywheel? Also what else should i be looking to replace while im in there? The truck has just over 180k with the original clutch and everything else in there. Thanks

Could you be a little more specific?

Flywheel using new fasteners, pressure plate, clutch disc, throw out bearing/bushing.
