Denali Center Console

i FINALLY got all the parts for the denali center console....atleast i think i do. I have the extension area, the main shell, lid, rear cover, rear audio controls, dirver info center, 6 disc changer, uppper console bezel and cupholder. I have not received all of these parts yet as i am still waiting for some of them to be shipped. I was wondering if anyone here has done the console swap. How involved is the wiring? I am not an expert at that sort of thing so i am thinking about paying to have it done. Any pics would be GREAT. Also i will have an extra cupholder, upper console bezel, and driver information center once i am done. If anyone is interested, let me know. It will be a couple weeks until i do the install as i must re-dye the console and re-cover the leather armrest to match my "blue" interior. I was either thinking about dying the lower carpet to match my interior carpet or removing the lower carpet all together and covering it in vinyl. Any suggestions on this matter are also appreciated. I was told by several interior shops that it is wise not to dye the leather as it can rub off. Thanks in advance.

Hey, I did the console swap late last year. The only problem I had was the DIC. I did get help from JP Customs on that. Everything else I did myself. I used vinyl dye for the actual plastic parts and had a bud at an upholstery shop wrap the carpet. I even put in a Cadillac clock instead of the cig lighter. Let me know what you need help with. It is a sweeet mod
