Me and my friend went to a local shop so he could look at tool boxes. For those of you that happen to be around north Florida we went to ATP Car Boutique that is in mandarin in Jacksonville. We got there and he had 3 boxes on a stand, 2 Better Builts for a fleetside and 1 UWS for a stepside. I recommended to my friend earlier that UWS was a good box. When we walked up the owner was sitting outside and I asked if he had a UWS that would fit a fleetside. Well he said no and said that he had the Better Builts. Well I have nothing against Better Builts but I told my friend that I would get a UWS. The store owner replied with why do you like UWS, and I said that I have had luck with that brand and nothing agaisnt Better Built. He then replied with well Better Built is a better f***ing box. Well due to the price my friend bought the box. As he was paying for it me and another employee set the box in the back of his truck. My UWS came with the bolts and weather stipping, so I asked the guy if he had that for this box. He took the weather stripping out of the UWS box on the stand and gave it to me and then went inside and asked the owner for the bolts. The owner looked at me and held up a dry wall screw and said is this what you f***ing want? I said no we need actual bolts not screws. He replied with "Look I sold him the f***ing box not the f***ing accessory kit you mother f***er. I really don't know what to think of this guy. He is not listed with the BBB so I can't file a complaint. Does anyone know what else I could do for a little payback?

I ran into a problem with a dealer and had to contact the bbb. When I was talking to the guy I asked what they did if the business was not listed (it was listed with them under a diff name) He said he could add it into the data base and a person would go to the location and do a follow up. So if you can get someone on the phone that gives a rats ass they can help...he also said "if they pay taxes we can find them"

Other than that I would still call the BBB and let them know of the prob as GF7PE suggested. You could also tell everyone, anywhere, at any time to never do business with this guy!

Yep

Don't mount the box in the truck,take it back up there and tell him to stick it up his ass.Also suggest that if has trouble feeling the box enter his anal cavity to slowly turn sideways until pain can be felt.
