New member with major problems need advice

From WI I drive a 2002 chevy silverado 6.0 2500hd extended cab short bed, that just recently started to have what I can only assume is an electrical problem. I can go days with out issue but it will random die, no rough idle, no engine lights,or error codes. It won't startup immediately after it dies but if you let it sit for a like while it's starts right back up. This happens regardless of they current weather conditions but it does seem to happen more frequently in the rain. I started by cleaning all the ground wires. Has anyone else come across this problem or does anyone have any ideas I'm really at a loss hear.
