Horn issues

HORN. It stopt workin, replaced the fuse. Workt awhile then the relay went bad. Workt awhile then replacet the relay again. Workt awhile. Now its not workin agin. Help

probably bad clock spring. I have yet to change my clock spring. Horn works sporadically.
